2,020 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Fire Crackling"

Alfoil sheets crushed and twisted to create crackling for sound design. Raw recording files in 96khz, 24 bit, undithered. Enjoy :).

Recorded from a balcony with 3dio professional binaural microphone in to an olympus ls-14 recorder. The microphone picked up a small cessna airplane that you can hear in the middle of the recording. The microphone did also pick up the whistle of a person. Both at the start (aprox 20 min in) and at the finish of the recording. I´m am very pleased with this recording.

This a sound effect i created in acid pro for a play. It is intended to represent a conflagration with an explosive start, a fire alarm and then the approach of fire engines. The play was set in the eighties. It is made from a combination of sounds drawn from field recordings, freesound effects and purchased sound effects.

A fire made from layering the sound of cracking wood with noise. Using part of herbertboland's http://www. Freesound. Org/people/herbertboland/sounds/33206/for the crackling sound. Oh, and this one loops too.

This is a combination of plastic crackling, paper ripping and crumbling, sticks cracking and twisting, matches lighting, and a gas stove. All of which are moderately eqed and mixed in protools, but nothing is heavily processed. What is left is the illusion of a building fire.
